In preparation for the Vernal Equinox.We have planned a weekend of celebrating chocolate March 24-25, 2017. It is all about the energizing qualities of one of Betsy’s passions.
We will be preparing delectable chocolate dishes for breakfast, including chocolate laced smoothies, chocolate and coconut scones, chocolate gravy and buttermilk biscuits, chocolate covered bacon and more; We will let our creative imaginations run the gamut! Appetizers in the evening will include chocolate and cucumber canapes, chocolate martinis, chocolate and bison chiorizo – and we’re just getting started.
One evening we will feature Sweet Peaks Huckleberry Chocolate Sundaes. Fireside Apres Ski appetizers will be served with sipping chocolate on another evening and our Chocolate Martini night with appetizers is always a favorite.
We can’t give away all the secrets. Plan to join us for a day or for the entire week. All the chocolate indulgences are complimentary with a two night reservation.
